Class duration one hour.  

Types: Bodyweight classesto tone your arms,

abs, buns and thighs, and strengthen core.!

Flexercise: for deep stretch to Increase flexibility.

Bring water, sweat towel, wear comfortable workout clothing and sneakers. 

Mats are provided for outdoor classes.



Strict 12H cancellation policy or forfeit the class.  Strict No refund policy. Strict no transfer of class to another person.
